The National Account Executive[NAE] will be responsible primarily for new client acquisition; market expansion; on-board new clients; maintaining and growing existing clients; communicating the status and analysis of accounts through use of various reports, meeting/exceeding performance expectations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction to ensure the highest levels of client engagement to support repeat business. The NAE will work from home approximately 50% and travel 50% to visit clients, as needed, to present our programs and client results and to trade shows as designated by the VP of Sales. This major, luxury multifamily apartment developer is seeking a VP/Director of Marketing to direct and manage all marketing aspects and product development in the Silver Spring / College Park MD area. Responsibilities are detailed as follows: Assist in the development and education of on-site community teams. You will be leading all marketing & advertising activities at the regional and local level + the conception and development of branding for this luxury multifamily developer. Direct the marketing, leasing and training efforts by creating and launching branding for new property development. Perform competitive market surveys, development and implementation of marketing plans to position apartment communities within their sub-markets in order to increase monthly rents and increase revenue. Approve operating budgets that adequately fund the maintenance and upkeep of the property to secure its positioning within the market, and its ability to remain competitive while controlling operating costs, supervise and assist property managers in responding to and resolving tenant and personnel related issues.Negotiate lease agreements and other contracts in accordance with established criteria; as to protect the company's interest. Recruit personnel, negotiate compensation packages, and evaluate their performance of assigned tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise the managerial team.
• Establishes and updates strategic asset review which includes asset information and outlines short-term strategic objectives.
• Continuously monitors the implementation of the project budget and operating pla ns through oversight of revenue and expenses. Apprises senior management of significant exceptions from budget or operating plans.
• Confers with key personnel, consultants and subcontractors on the construction progress to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; recommends changes as needed.
• Reviews Monthly Operating Statements and prepares monthly operating reports, which track investment performance.
• Oversees leasing, marketing, design and advertising effort to ensure financial goals are met.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.
